Human body temperature.
Human body temperature on the Fahrenheit scale was supposed to by 100 degrees, but German physicist Gabriel Daniel Fahrenheit screwed up the calculations and ended up being 1.6 degrees off.  I can’t imagine what would have happened if the band 98 Degrees was called 96.4 Degrees.  Heresy, I tell ya – hair-ah-see.
