Pure oxygen.
The Japanese found that if they used pure oxygen to power their torpedoes, the propellant would simply dissipate into the water instead of creating the tell tale bubbles of normal torpedoes.  The Japanese torpedoes would strike their targets without warning due to this technological advance.  Just a few years in the future, oxygen would power an entire cable network.
That’s an oxygen/Oxygen joke.  And that’s why there are no ‘oxygen-only-joke’ related comedians.
