Root beer.
Long a staple of my youthful diet, modern root beer is heavy on the vanilla and wintergreen.  Next time you’re in Huntington, WV, go to “Frostop Drive Inn” and get a gallon of root beer to go.  And then secretly drink it on the way to where ever you were going to go.  Not that I have ever done that, mind you.  Someone told me about someone doing that sometime.  Yeah, that’s it.  Someone.
