Way back in 1893 the first license plates for cars were in France.  It makes sense that the birthplace of “The Enlightenment’ would have an ordered system for running people over in the streets.  They were probably using full grown sheep for airbags back then too, but there is no historical record of this.

Watch out – I’m pretty sure this zombie can drive.
