Prior to the 26th Amendment, voting ages were typically set at 21, with only 4 states having lower voting age standards. If we get in the way-back machine, originally most voters had to be white male landowners or those who were wealthy enough to tax. Since China owns most of the U.S. debt, we might as well let them vote too. They’ve earned it.
