As of right now, there are no bridges that span the Amazon River.  There’s just no need for them.  Either people take a ferry to the other side, or there’s no people (or roads) to need to get to the other side.  And I bet there’s no wifi, either.  That’s why I only vacation at places that have Starbucks.

Seriously, why build a bridge over a river that looks like your old Aunt Mamie’s cursive handwriting.
