Sure, you would have thought it was Panama with all the PR work Van Halen has done for them over the years, but it’s Belize. Spanish is spoken more prevalently in the area than English, but of the seven Central American countries Belize is the only one that was a British colony.   As an added bonus, English as the national language makes for buying fake designer purses and ordering mojitos on the beach soooo much easier.
