Traditional Greek feta cheese is made with sheep’s milk, where as any ol’ feta can be made with whatever milk you have on hand.  I prefer to make mine from cat’s milk, but the taste is definitely not worth the stitches.

You can lead a cat to coffee, but you’ll never get it diluted enough to use as creamer. You’re better off using feta.
